BDA - Our Strategy

The strategy sets out what the BDA will be doing between 2012-2016 in order to enable Deaf people (see note) to become more active citizens and achieve equality and human rights that are underpinned by the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities securing equal human rights and justice for Deaf people, empowering them to fully participate and contribute as equal and valued citizens in wider society. 

Note: Deaf people or person include deaf children, young people, adults, elders and families
