Complaints and Feedback Procedure

We are a Deaf people’s organisation so your views are extremely important to us.  Tell us what we are doing right, and also tell us what we are not doing right!

We will try our best to make sure that you feel we are listening to you and making sure that you don’t feel you need to complain again.

Drop us an email or text one of our officers, or write a letter to tell us what you are thinking!

Every single email, letter and call is taken very seriously by us. We always, without fail, do our best to respond to each and every one of you.
