Camden Deaf Awareness Day

Join them at their first deaf awareness day todiscuss the issues faced by deaf and hard of hearing residents and find out about the support available.

What’s happening on the day?

  • 30 information stalls covering Camden Council services, local and national organisations providing information for deaf and hard of hearing residents
  • Question time session (11am - 12pm) – for you to ask questions on issues relating to accessing services
  • VIP speakers
  • Group discussion and information sharing
  • Tea/coffee will be provided

Communications support provided by BSL interpreters, lip-speakers, deafblind interpreters, speech to text and a T-loop system.
